Sea Monkeys On Mars Blogger
I stumbled across another Sea Monkey blogger who has hatched a Sea Monkeys on Mars set and endeavors to keep his colony of critters going until May 18, 2010. I don't know how he settled on this date but you can follow his adventures by clicking here.

well, being that sea monkey information states that a sea monkey colony can survive generations up to 2 years, he started letting the water set on May 18, 2008... so that's how the date was determined for 2010.
its my birthday, and I was given the set as a gift - and as the box notes -'GARANTIZADO QUE VIVIRAN DOS ANOS!' as well as 'GARANTIE DE VIVRE DEUX ANS!' - not to mention "GUARANTEED TO LIVE TWO YEARS".
I feel that even if I cant speak three languages, I should be able to find several jurisdictions that will consider my claim in the event that things don't work out between me and the Sea-Monkeys.
As you can tell by visiting, I am a Sea-Monkey novice and am open to advice. Especially on how best to photograph/video translucent animals in a transparent media - with the added complication of a curved tank.
